Subaru Impreza WRX & STI in Joplin - Springfield
In 2002 Subaru made a bold move by bringing it's rally special to the states. It's goal was to create a new buzz around the Subaru brand in the US that has turned into nothing short of a roar. The current WRX comes to us in two distinct packages. The first is the Subaru Impreza WRX. Generating 265HP from it's turbocharged intercooled 2.5L boxer motor that is begging to be unleashed, it's a force to be reckoned with. Adding to the package is a sport tuned suspension, racing style seats, wider wheels with stickier tires, and Subaru's Symmetrical All Wheel Drive which really take this car to the next level. This is a car that does 0-60 in 5 seconds flat and will still get you safely to work when the weather keeps everyone else at home. Just like the Impreza 2.5i, the WRX is also available in two body styles to suit you better.
The next car is the brainchild of the engineering team at Subaru Tecnica International (STI) and 17 years of rally experience. This car is the essence of all that is Subaru. It's the only model that features a Driver Controlled Center Differential and height adjustable headlamps. It travels from 0-60mph in a mere 4.7 seconds. It's the Subaru Impreza WRX STI. With 305hp on tap it takes the WRX to a whole new level of performance that was intended to tear up trails in any environment but is available to you for the street. It's wide body lines are an indication as to how serious of a machine this truly is. Now available in the 5 door only, the Impreza WRX STI returns in 2011 with two available body styles. That means they are bringing back the sedan with the iconic wing spoiler in the rear. It will be the first time ever that the WRX STI will be available in two different body styles.
